Muay Thai courses are taught by knowledgeable and experienced trainers who are champions themselves and can help you improve your skills and endurance. Each daily session includes three to five rounds of private training time with a champion trainer. Courses are divided into three levels: Base (for the beginners and everyone who want to join the discipline for the first time), Intermediate (for those who have practised without being professionals), and Advanced (for professionals).
Western boxing is incredibly beneficial for cardiovascular fitness. It primarily involves the upper part of the body, however, combined with the speed and agility of footwork it becomes a full body workout.
Yoga is fun and it helps you to lose weight sustainably. The benefits of Yoga on your body and physique are incredible. The constant practice of Asanas (Yoga postures) tone and firm the figure while detoxifying the body at the same time. The deep, conscious breathing in Yoga as well as all the positions and the sequences train, tighten and define your muscles. Fat burning and the reduction of stress occur simultaneously during Yoga, and weight loss is only possible with the reduction of stress. When you practice Yoga it increases your awareness, attention, and consciousness of your own body so you develop a healthier diet and lifestyle.

Functional Training increases fitness with movement through body weight exercises or the use of weights and other equipment. Each session burns maximum calories and fat by incorporating the various areas of fitness: cardio, strength, power, speed, endurance, mobility, flexibility, and stability. It is suitable for all levels and abilities whether your goal is to lose weight, fight, or just improve your overall fitness.
The course is based on interval training routines with crossfit-style workouts as well as cardio-based sessions. There is a different workout each day which may include weightlifting, cardiovascular training, self-defense, aerobics, kettlebells, body building, or functionality and mobility training. Functional Training sessions may also use team-building fitness games or military-style team goals to create bonds and allow individuals to motivate each other.
All exercises can be adapted to your current fitness level to ensure you are challenged in every session. Class sizes are kept small to allow you to benefit from one-on-one attention that not only instructs but also educates you on how to improve your technique, lifts, posture, or mobility. Instructors have experience training with all levels, ages, and capabilities including those with injuries/ailments as well as elite level fighters and athletes.
Every day, except Sunday, the training sessions occur both in the morning and evening. Each session is composed of a series of activities including: warm up, learning new techniques, bag work with different combinations of kicks, elbows and punches, clinching, abdominal work, stretching, and the highly anticipated one-on-one ring time with your trainer.
