This course is personal training only. The training will be structured according to the student’s requirements and adjusted to their current level. This means that the content is determined by the student in collaboration with the instructor, and that the main focus is to to improve the student’s level of effective close combat as much as possible.
Regardless of your current level this personal one to one training will improve your skills far more than joining an ordinary training session in a self-defence club week after week.
The duration of this course is from 1 day and up to 14 days.
In special circumstances it may be possible to run a course for longer than 14 days, but this requires the student to be in an extremely good physical shape.
The content will be tailored to the individual student’s needs and level. Content can include:
Training on pads
New punches and kicks
Defence against weapons
Throws and sweeps
Strangulations and locks
