For 5 out of the 8 days, you will have a 60 min Power Yoga and a 60 min Passive Stretching - the way back to flexibility and mobility.
This Luxury Retreat will give you the opportunity to take care of your body, mind and soul by immersing yourself in 5 nature reserves (Lobos Island, Dunes of Corralejo, Malpais de la Arena, Valley Vallebron and the sacred mountain of Tindaya ).
You will find yourself surrounded by 3 coasts and therefore a variety of the most beautiful beaches (the grandes playas of Corralejo, the lagoons of El Cotillo and the golden beaches of Tindaya).

During this Retreat you will stay in a sea view villa with a private pool in Corralejo. The maximum number of participants in one villa is 3. The villas are located in a guarded complex in Corralejo with a stunning view towards the grandes playas, the dunes, the island of Lobos and the neighboring island of Lanzarote.
The villa with sea view offers 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, a living / dining room, a carport, a BBQ corner, a private pool, an outdoor shower, deckchairs, a fully equipped kitchen and a sun terrace on the rooftop.
The beaches are all on long, wide bays with soft sand. White sand on the east coast in Corralejo and the lagoons of El Cotillo - Honey brown soft sand on the golden beaches of the west coast in Tindaya.
Corralejo is also known as Surfer / Kite Surfer / Windsurfer / SUP Mecca with world class spots, as well as places that are perfect for absolute beginners. The city of Corralejo offers some of the finest restaurants in Fuerteventura, as well as boutiques and nightlife. The water quality is the highest in Europe and the beaches do rank in the top ten worldwide.
Your Yoga Instructor will be Anna Margareta Vogel. Anna is a certified yoga teacher by AYA (American Yoga Association), a licensed personal trainer (Dipl.) and a graduated nutrition coach. She has more than 25 years of experience in personal training as well as group training in yoga, fitness and nutrition.
