Silvias Farm School invites you to join their yoga holiday in Switzerland. Set in the beautiful and serene surrounding perfect for nature lovers, you will enjoy refreshing yoga sessions. On top of that, you will also get to explore Murten and Laupen, and enjoy a hiking trip in a natural park. Enjoy yoga and discover Switzerland!

We spend this adventurous week mostly outdoor, providing you an insight into different sports like hiking, kayaking and Yoga. Everybody is welcome, men and women, couples and singles,

townspeople and country bumpkins, beginners and advanced, sportsmen and unhurried nature lovers.

In a small group of interesting people you spend the week on Silvias organic farm and in the region of Schwarzenburg and Fribourg.
In the evening we enjoy each others company, sit around the campfire and play games like ping pong, basketball or badminten.

Natural food from the farm kitchen and good company are included.

During your holiday, you will stay at Silvias Farm School, a unique historic Swiss farmhouse dating back to 1789 and set in the ideal location for nature and sport-loving language students. You will have the unique opportunity to stay in a dormitory, double room, or put up your tent in the farm's garden.

Both your room and the entire home are bright and offer cozy furnishings, offering you the perfect, peaceful atmosphere in which to learn without distractions. A large garden with many fruit trees and a barn with small animals like sheep, rabbits, chickens, quails, and ducks also belong to the farm-school.

10:00 Departure to Fribourg, guided walk through the old city
11:30 Kayaking introduction and little technique course
12:00 - 16:30 Kayak tour from Fribourg to Lake Schiffenen, ending in Schiffenen beside the camping
Late lunch break on the way, around 13:00, Snack on the transfer back.
