Most of all you will have the foundation to lead others confidently, knowledgeably and safely.
STYLES
We will cover yoga for all types of bodies and needs, but the main styles we focus on are traditional Hatha Yoga, Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin Yoga.
REQUIREMENTS
One to two years of personal yoga practice.
Be open-minded. Arrive with a willing heart and desire to move towards a life of a yogi and to have the most rewarding experience.
Arrive well rested and with a focused mind. Yoga teacher training is not a two weeks retreat or vacation. Do not arrive overly tired with a body that is un-prepared for the long (but rewarding) days! You must be present in body, mind, and spirit!
Read as much as you can about yoga philosophy, history, and various styles of yoga. Try different classes from a variety of instructors in different venues as possible.

TOBAGO
Tobago ia a gem of an island that few would deny is one of the most beautiful places on earth...
It offers everything the Caribbean is loved for in a small, simple package. A dream destination for divers and artists, kite surfers and birdwatchers, hikers, writers, yogis and sun seekers alike. The perfect balance of tropical eco- adventure and tranquil island retreat.
TOBAGO WEATHER
Located just 11° north of the equator, Tobago enjoys a tropical climate with bright sunshine all year round. The average daytime temperature is 29°C (83°F), with normal maximums in the low to mid-30s. The northeast trade winds cool the island so effectively that air-conditioning is often not the critical essential that visitors might imagine. Temperatures are fairly consistent throughout the year. Tobago has two seasons. The Dry Season runs between December and May and is normally dry and sunny, although rain can be experienced, particularly overnight and just before dawn. The Wet Season runs between June and November. Changes in the direction and strength of the winds make the summer months feel hotter than the winter months.
