This retreat is designed for anyone who wants to focus on their yoga practice or just wants to disconnect from the hectic daily routine and enjoy a week in Mallorca surrounded by nature; a week long retreat full of yoga and mindful activities that would allow you to spend time with like-minded people.
During this retreat we´ll start our days with an Ashtanga yoga practice – this style focuses on the synchronicity of breath and movement and is an excellent way to detoxify your body and clear your mind.
The classes will be Mysore style, where everybody receives personal attention and one to one classes in a group setting, which makes the practice suitable for all levels of practitioners.
Our nutrition specialist will prepare amazing and balanced daily menus based on organically grown ingredients that will nourish your body after the intense practice.
We always make sure there is plenty of free time to explore the beauty of the island, since this is your holiday! You can either go for a hike, explore the charming little towns near by, visit the amazing beaches around or try any of the activities that our experienced team organize. Also, massages and other therapies are available upon request.
To end our days at the retreat – we will give talks about the practice in selected afternoons, have fun workshops and Yin Yoga classes that would end with a sunset meditation.
Pilar has been practicing different styles of yoga for years, but in 2014 she discovered Ashtanga Yoga and it put her life up side down. She instantly fell in love with the practice after experiencing how powerful and transformative it can be, as it becomes a meditation in movement. She completed several courses in India, and now she spends three months every year in Mysore to practice with her guru and teacher R. Sharath Jois.
