Cize is the workout for you!
What is CIZE? It is the “end of exercise!” Shaun T’s newest dance fitness program is so much fun, you won’t even realize you are exercising! In each class, we will break down the moves step-by-step and will build up a full dance routine. So even if you don’t know how to dance, you can learn all the moves. While you are learning to master the dance moves, you’ll also be burning fat and calories. This workout is for EVERY fitness level. There is no equipment required. If you like fitness classes like Zumba, you will love this workout.
A completely original workout that draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain free body.
In an insanity live class your workout will be as intense as you will want it to be. The structure for the class is a mix of exercises, 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off, three rounds each.
We will start with some good cardio for about 15 minutes, with modified burpees and other familiar exercises and then we will add body-weight exercises, including variations of push-ups, squats, lunges, etc.

We are sure you know Salsa dancing is fun, exciting and sexy, but did you also know when you dance salsa your heart rate increases and your breathing does too? Therefore, your body takes in more oxygen and delivers it to your muscles. This process can help you burn fat and eventually lose weight.
