For September, 2018, we will expand the program to TWO yoga classes per day, always the gentle Hatha yoga with fun Kundalini stretches and a few Pilates-type exercises for the core.
There is also an interesting and informative workshop every day on the theme Transformation – Body, Mind and Soul. You will have the opportunity to transform your body with the yoga, learning what each pose does for you. You will transform your mind by healing the past and learning new ways of moving forward. You will especially be able to look at your habits and determine which are productive, and which are counterproductive. We always have the choice to let go of what isn’t working and form new habits that promote health and happiness. Also, you will be transformed spiritually through meditation, nature walks, and harnessing life energies to live more productively and joyfully.
In addition, you'll have plenty of time for swimming, canoeing and hiking. And you can socialize around the fireplace or outdoor firepit in the evenings.
