- Rejuvenating Women Yoga Retreat Spain:

A journey through female cycles with yoga and art therapy for women. Combining the ancient science of elemental yoga with art therapy offers a profound experience of womanhood. In the pulsating center of the Gran Canarian mountains, surrounded by a special and powerful energy, all the elements are present. This is the perfect setting to experience a path through natural cycles based on elemental yoga and art therapy.

- YogaBem Spain Yoga Retreat Program:

Yoga and meditation practice (Yin, Yang, Hatha, and Integral yoga) work deeply with the elements in the body, reflected in our natural surroundings. The use of different creative techniques and materials (painting, clay, collage, and much more) allow you to express yourself and give form to emotions and sensations.

This creativity path, specifically designed to balance our physical, mental and emotional environment, will give you the tools to cultivate and integrate everyday awareness and happiness in your daily life and experience yourself deeper in a relationship with yourself and others.

Very often, as a modern woman, we forget to listen to ourselves, due to a frenetic and demanding daily life. Sometimes emotions or traumatic experiences are retained in the body, they form knots that prevent energy to flow and stagnate our personal growth. You will have the chance to reconnect with yourself, learn how to listen and unlock your body's wisdom, so you can discover what you really need, instead of creating rigid restrictions.

This practice is effective if you feel that you have lost confidence, love, and compassion for yourself, if you feel suspended, if you want to connect yourself with your cycles, simply experience your body, immerse yourself in nature or if you want to work on the relationship with food and nourishment by using a balanced method.

No matter if you are new or already experienced in yoga or in artistic expression, every woman can participate and get the benefits of the personal experience in a protected and non-judgemental group setting.

- The journey is for:
Those who look for a dynamic experience of body and mind
Those who want to acquire new tools, discover their own manifestation of womanhood
Those who look to balance hormone levels, regulation of irregular or absent periods, fertility problems,
relief of menopausal symptoms and period pains, and establishing equilibrium of underlying emotional and mental imbalances
