The Heart Attack program is built on giving you an immersive self development experience that gets you taking action. After studies and research, we’ve understood that it takes one month to truly gain the tools to make a lasting change in your life.
Wake up early together, meditate and find your inner peace under the Jambolão tree on our wooden deck, followed by going down to eat our amazing nutritious breakfast. Connect with the community when participating in our self-discovery workshops, then run up to a yoga class held on the deck built high within the tree tops with a view of the Island. Have lunch and enjoy your free time relaxing in the library deck to let everything sink in…. Get together for some volunteer work, and enjoy special dinner with the whole community before watching a Rosie Talk that blows your mind!

The final week will be a combination of all 3 weeks, reflection and personal plan for achieving your dreams!!
We have a food philosophy... we believe we are what we EAT!
3 healthy meals everyday - We eat highly nutritious food. Mostly vegetarian, but we do not like to limit ourselves... we live in a fisherman's village so occasionally may have fish from our neighbors!
We listen to our bodies and do not consume: processed food, junk food, alcohol or cigarettes.
The meals are prepared by our incredible in house chefs and will be enjoyed family style dining at our large dinner table!
Our 75,000 M2 land means you can step out of our door into the lush forest and explore the wild trails our mountain has to offer! Lose yourself in nature or jump straight into the river with your surfboard and paddle out to the waves. Relax in the evening and enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the lake, ocean and beach below.
We live within the perfect balance of nature and city life. We enjoy the culture of the traditional fisherman village, as well as the close proximity of popular surf and nightlife destinations on the island. The Airport, Bus Station and City Centre is less than an hour from our door.
